Pop Art
Am I able to select the background colour of the Pop Art Prints?
You can select the colour of the background. Please just supply this information when you place the order. Also when we supply you the proof, we offer a selection of background colours. So you may actually see a colour scheme that you prefer.
Can I have a gallery wrap?
We recommend not going for the gallery wrap option, as we believe that this does not suit the style of the prints.
I don’t want a canvas, but can you supply me the digital version of the image?
Of course we can supply you a digital version of the image. If you require this, please let us know, and once the final balance is paid we will then supply you a high quality digital file.
Do you supply me with a single proof?
We supply you with several different proofs, so that you have a wide range to select from. And then if you would like any further changes you can let our design team know and we will update the images for you.
Can I use a group photo for a Pop Art Print?
From our experience group photos don’t work as a Pop Art Print. We recommend going for single person photos, or a couple photo.
What style Pop Art style should I choose?

Quality
What Canvas do you use?
We print your photos onto a high quality satin cotton white artist's canvas (350gsm). This canvas provides high detail and rich contrast (compared to matte canvas) to help show off your photo in the best possible manner.
What types of frames do you use?
Our canvas frames are handmade from kiln dried fir, each individually crafted to your canvas specifications.
Our stretcher frames are 1.5" (4cm) deep.
What type of Inks do you use?
We use several Epson 9800 large format printers, with specially formulated K3 Ultrachrome inks. These provide a fantastic gamut (colour) range, deep blacks and are rated at being lightfast in normal viewing conditions for over 70 years.
Do you protect your canvases?
All of our canvas prints are coated with a Satin-Matte laminate finish. This stops the photo scratching, scuffing or cracking as well as adding a UV protective layer on top of the image. UV protection is essential to ensure that your canvas doesn't fade over time. Finally the coating allows you to dust/wipe the canvas with a damp cloth for cleaning purposes.
Are your Canvases ready to hang?
Canvases come ready to hang and can be hung flush to the wall on a simple nail.
Images and File types
What File Types do you accept?
Our website can accept most file formats but we prefer jpgs which are the most common form of digital image. But if you do have an unusual format, please feel free to email to us (info@popartpictures.com ) with your pop art requirements.
What is the maximum file size you can receive?
The maximum file size that we can receive is 30mb. If you have an image which is larger, please use the website www.yousendit.com to send the files to us.
Can you work from original photos?
We can work from original photos. All you need to do is to post the photo to our office, we will scan them in and clean them up for you free of charge. If you could also include a note telling us your requirements, as well as your contact details we will then get back to you regarding the order.

Scanning Information.
If you have your own scanner, you can scan your own images in. When you scan then photos in it is best to have the resolution (DPI) set to 300. And once the image is scanned in please save it down as a high quality jpeg.
Then all you need to do is to upload the image via our order process.
Payment
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. We do not current accept American Express,.
We accept Paypal and Google Checkout as well. We also accept BAC transfers and cheque payment. Please contact the team regarding BACS or cheque payments so that we can keep an eye out for them.
Delivery
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver stretched canvases to the UK and Ireland.
How long from posting till I receive my canvas?
We send all our canvases by 24 hour courier so that they reach you quickly and safely. Please note that if it is an Irish address delivery can take an extra 1-2 days.
What time will my canvas arrive?
Courier firms do not specify delivery times and your canvas could be delivered at any time between 9am and 5:30pm .
In our experience though the majority of deliveries occur before 2pm. Please note that deliveries will only occur on weekdays (Mon-Fri)
How do I know when my canvas has been sent to me?
As standard we will have your canvas with you within 2 working days (Mon-Fri) of receiving your proof approval. You will receive an email from us when your canvas has been dispatched with tracking details.
Does someone have to be in at the delivery address?
As your canvas will arrive by courier we do require that someone is there to sign for the parcel so sometimes it may be useful to give us your work address or a friends address if you are not likely to be about during the day.
If you are not in the courier firm will attempt delivery again the following day. After this attempt the canvases are returned to us and we will charge an additional postage fee to resend the canvas back to you.
How much does delivery cost?
Our standard postage price is £9.99 per order going to the same address.
Please note that the postage price is per order and not per canvas so if you order 4 20inch x 32inch canvases the postage is still only £9.99.
How are the canvases packed?
All our canvases are first wrapped in bubble wrap and then packaged within double strength cardboard. This is significantly better than the standard card wrapping that most canvas companies use and ensures that your canvas arrives in pristine condition.
We currently only send items for delivery Monday-Friday.
Can I pick up my Canvas from your office?
You can pick up the canvas from our offices. When you place the order, please let us know of your delivery requirements. The office address is -
