As well as creating a fantastic canvas print for you we want to ensure that it reaches you quickly and safely. You can find below several frequently asked questions about our delivery.
Delivery details
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver stretched canvases to the UK and Ireland. Due to the delicate nature of canvas prints we unfortunately do not deliver to any other locations.
How quickly do you send out my canvas?
Our standard delivery times are 2 working days from your order. i.e. If you order by midnight Mon-Fri we will print and post your canvas the next working day (Delivery in 2 working days from when your order was placed).
If you order before midday Tue-Fri then we will print and post your canvas the same day to arrive with you the following working day (Delivery in 1 working day from when your order was placed). Please note that this same day postage only applies to orders under 40inches in size and single canvas orders. If you order multiple canvases or canvases above 40 inches in size then we will send your order out the following working day (Delivery in 2 working days from when your order was placed).
How long from posting till I receive my canvas?
We send all our canvases by 24 hour courier so that they reach you quickly and safely. Please note that if the address is Ireland or UK highland/Islands then delivery can take an extra 1-2 days.
What time will my canvas arrive?
Courier firms do not specify delivery times and your canvas could be delivered at any time between 9am and 5:30pm . In our experience though the majority of deliveries occur before 2pm. Please note that deliveries will only occur on weekdays (Mon-Fri)
How do I know when my canvas has been sent to me?
As standard we will send your canvas to you within 1 working day (Mon-Fri) of receiving an order. You will receive an email from us when your canvas has been dispatched with tracking details. If you order a single canvas under 40 inches in size before midday Tue-Fri then we will despatch your canvas to you the same day - you can't get quicker than that!
Does someone have to be in at the delivery address?
As your canvas will arrive by courier we do require that someone is there to sign for the parcel so sometimes it may be useful to give us your work address or a friends address if you are not likely to be about during the day. If you are not in the courier firm will attempt delivery again the following day. After this attempt the canvases are returned to us and we will charge a £9.99 postage fee to resend the canvas back to you.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to mainland UK addresses is FREE. Delivery to UK Islands is £9.99 per order and delivery to Ireland is £15.99 per order.
How are the canvases packed
All our canvases are first wrapped in bubble wrap and then packaged within double strength cardboard.
We currently only send items for delivery Monday-Friday
